2) No Contracts or Hidden Fees
You don’t want to be locked in to long-term contracts. And we don’t want you to feel trapped if you find something better (though we’ll be surprised if you do). So we don’t do contracts. Or delivery fees.
3) Manage Your Deliveries
Customize the frequency of your deliveries - from weekly to every ten weeks. Also your quantity (we do have a 3 product minimum per delivery). Use our app to easily change your next delivery.
Most customers choose the 5-gallon bottle for delivery.
Handing a bottle of Cielo to customers communicates that your business cares about quality and community. Just add a case or two in the app, and they will come with your next delivery.
When you become a customer, we’ll reach out to you by email or phone (your choice) to arrange your first delivery. We’ll let you know what day of the week we are in your area. And we’ll give you three options for follow-up deliveries:
1) Automatic - we bring the same amount each time, unless you let us know to change, skip, or postpone a delivery
2) Notify - we email you to see if you need water, and only deliver if you respond
3) By request - we don’t contact you at all, but wait for you to contact us and tell us you’re ready for more water
During customer setup, we’ll provide you with the ability to also rent a high-quality cooler that will dispense both cold and hot water. We also sell these coolers, as well as ceramic crocks which dispense room-temperature water.
